We take pride in the clean and safe space we’ve created at HQ. You’ll find plenty of room to train because we keep numbers limited. 

Plus, we’ve got the tunes pumping and we’re cheering each other on. You won’t see people avoiding eye contact or never cleaning down equipment. At Lioness HQ, we work as a team. 

Oh and did we mention we’ve got a sauna?
